adequate service and central location

seafront location seaview room spa access unhelpful staff
the hotel is on the seafront. this makes it very central for visiting. i found the private car park to be a bonus. i had a wonderful seaview room with a balcony.
i was very disappointed as i booked a spa hotel. the weather was bad, so i wanted to use it. they expected me to pay £50 to use it. parking arrangements are not ideal.

Acceptable Hotel Experience

single room comfortable bed refillable bottle unfriendly reception poor communication annoyed feeling
The single room was indeed well-appointed and the bed provided a comfortable rest. A sea view room enhanced the overall stay. A refillable bottle of filtered water was a nice and useful touch upon my arrival.
The reception team seemed less friendly than I expected. I asked for a water bottle and the receptionist seemed bothered. Poor communication left me feeling annoyed.
